Volunteers take printer
fliers/posters (Kristy will give these
to you) to businesses, ask to post the
flier and also ask for items to be
raffled at the event.
(Money donations are also accepted.
Any checks should be made out to "Scott
Hallman".)
Keep a list of the companies who
donate (this is important, because we
advertise all sponsors, giving
them due credit at the event).
Fliers and business cards from all
sponsors are welcome to be displayed at
the event.
Major sponsors (donation/item valued
at $50 or more) will be named in all
advertising, including CN2 ads.
Return the collected items, donor
lists, and left-over fliers to Kristy
for labeling and inventory.
Tax exempt receipts are available
upon request. Please include an
email address (preferred) or mailing
address with the donor list, and Kristy
will forward a receipt to the donor.
Door prize ticket and Raffle ticket sales at the
door:
DOOR DONATIONS
We need volunteers to work at
the door taking donations for the door
prizes.
Donation of at least $5 requested at
the door, and required for a door prize
ticket. Door prize drawings will be held

RAFFLE TICKET SALES
We need volunteers to work at
the regular raffle ticket table.
Regular raffle tickets will be $1
each; drawings to be held hourly.
