A Note about Expenses and
Donations: |
| |
|
All the musicians at this event are donating their time
and talent for free. |
|
|
|
Stage equipment, sound engineering, and instruments are
all being donated by the Ocean Breeze Band and other
participating musicians. |
|
|
|
Volunteer workers, both at the event and those who work
on the benefit in the weeks leading up to the event, are
also donating their time and talents for free. |
|
|
|
The End Zone is providing a venue,
bar-tending/house-keeping services, drink
specials and free hot dogs w/fixin's at no
additional cost to us. |
|
|
|
Donation monies will be used ONLY for expenses
that cannot be compensated otherwise, |
| such as the cost of printing
the fliers and posters. |
|
|
|
Any/all donated monies
left over after expenses will go into the Scott
Hallman fund. |
